Refund & Return Policy

At Swadesi Agro, we take great care in delivering high-quality natural products to your doorstep. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for details on eligibility, process, and timelines.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable and personal nature of many of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

Returns are not applicable for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products returned after 3 days of delivery

  • Personal care products (like shampoos) unless damaged or incorrect

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, you must:

  • Email us at globalnamo@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item

  • Our team will review and approve eligible requests within 2–3 working days

If approved, we will arrange for reverse pickup (where applicable) or guide you on how to return the item.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will contact you for your bank details to process the refund

  • In the case of non-returnable items, we may issue a store credit or replacement instead of a monetary refund

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. For cancellation requests, please contact us immediately at globalnamo@gmail.com or call us at +91 7021142647.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive an order with damaged or missing items:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos of the package and item(s)

  • We will investigate and offer a replacement, refund, or credit depending on the case
