At Swadesi Agro, we are committed to delivering your favorite natural and healthy products swiftly and safely. Please review the policy below to understand how we handle shipping, delivery, and order processing.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship our products across India to all serviceable pin codes. For remote or non-standard locations, delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order placement.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking information.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional handling charge.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor your shipment status on our courier partner’s website.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate. Swadesi Agro is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Unreachable phone numbers

  • Incomplete address details

If a package is returned to us due to an error on your part, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-dispatch.

7. Delays or Non-Delivery

In rare cases, there may be unexpected delays due to courier partner issues, strikes, weather disruptions, or high-demand seasons. While we will make every effort to get your order to you quickly, Swadesi Agro is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, we will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue and offer a suitable resolution.

8. International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. However, we are working on expanding our reach and will update our policies once international shipping becomes available.
